MANILA, Philippines — The Manila Police District (MPD) on Thursday arrested two suspects linked to the “jumper boys” incident along R10 Boulevard in Manila where the suspects were caught on video stealing a roll of high quality wire from a moving truck.

The viral video posted on Facebook on Aug. 19, 2025 was used by the authorities as evidence that led the MPD Station 1 to track them down and place them in custody.

Authorities confirmed that the two were previously associated with groups in Barangay 105 known for similar illegal activities. They now face formal charges before the Prosecutor’s Office.
