MANILA, Philippines — The Manila Police District (MPD) on Thursday arrested two suspects linked to the “jumper boys” incident along R10 Boulevard in Manila where the suspects were caught on video stealing a roll of high quality wire from a moving truck.

Authorities confirmed that the two were previously associated with groups in Barangay 105 known for similar illegal activities. They now face formal charges before the Prosecutor’s Office.
